| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查与走访等方法，对河南省国家级和省级贫困县开展全民健身现状进行了统计分析，认为河南省经济欠发达地区群众对《全民健身计划纲要》和其它体育政策法规关注了解情况较差；参加体育活动人口很少；活动时间随季节和节假日变化；活动内容与项目受文化、经济、地域和现代文明多元发展的影响；健身消费明显不足；活动场所的随意性很大，可供锻炼的场地与器材严重缺乏。并针对存在的问题进行分析提出了改进建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaires and interviews,the paper studies the present condition of sports in some state-level and provincial-level impoverished counties of Henan Province, and finds out the following problems: the mass there know little about The Program for Making the Whole Nation Healthy as well as some other sports policies and regulations;few people take part in sports activities;time for sports changes along with seasons and holidays;forms of sports are influenced by many factors,such as culture,economy, region and civilization;people spend less money on sports activities;sports grounds are not standardized and facilities are rather scarce.The paper finally puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
