| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学理论出发,探寻我国政府投资对民间投资的影响,并实证分析了政府投资与民间投资的关联性,发现政府投资与民间投资不存在长期的均衡联系和反馈作用。结论是我国目前政府投资对民间投资的调控能力十分有限,即未表现出“带动效应”,也未产生“挤出效应”。

| Abstract: | The paper looks for the influence of governmental investment on nongovernmental investment, basing on the theory of economics; analyses the linkage between governmental investment and nongovernmental investment by the empirical evidences. The results indicate that there has not existed a long run equilibrium mechanism and a feedback effect between governmental investment and nongovernmental investment. At present, governmental investment has the weakly controlling impact on nongovernmental investment. Both "drive effect" and "extrude effect" are not appearing. |
