| Abstract: | In this paper, the Vitamine determination principles, sample pretreat method procedure, detecting limit and sensitivity of high pressure gas chromatography, spectrophotometry, fluorometry, high pressure liquid chromatography, square wave voltammetry and oscillographic polar graphy are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages and application fields are also discussed. The problems at present, the research direction and focus for the future have been put forward. |
