高职教育产学研合作长效机制的探讨

目前我国各高职院校产学研合作状况不容乐观,建立长效机制已成为高职教育产学研合作的关键.针对高职教育产学研合作中存在的投资机制不完善、驱动机制不完善、约束机制不健全、政府在推动产学研合作方面的作用没有得到充分发挥等问题,应构建政府、高职院校、企业之间的动力机制、调控机制、保障与激励机制、评价机制,以确保产学研合作顺利进行.

Exploration on the Long-term Effect Mechanism of Industry-Teaching-Research Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education

The present situation of industry-teaching-research cooperation is not optimistic.It's predominant to set up a long-term mechanism for the industry-teaching-research cooperation in higher vocational education.Aiming at the limitation of investment mechanism,driving mechanism,restricted mechanism and government's function not being fully played in promoting the industry-teaching-research cooperation,dynamic mechanism,regulating mechanism,security and motivation mechanism and evaluation mechanism should be established among the government,higher vocational schools and enterprises to ensure the industry-teaching-research cooperation going successfully.
