| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,对残疾人体育权利的概念与体育权利的断裂现象进行论述和解析,从接受教育机会、健身意识、社会偏见、指导队伍以及硬件设施等方面,深入剖析体育权利断裂现象产生的原因,从体育参与权、财产占有权和使用权、体育权利救济监督和体育权利保障体系四个方面对残疾人体育权利进行救济,消除残疾人体育权利断裂现象,为更好地行使各项体育权利,满足其健身需求具有重要的理论意义。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, the concept of fracture phenomenon of sports rights of the disabled and sports rights for discussion and analysis, from the aspects of educational opportunities, fitness awareness, social prejudice, guiding team and hardware facilities, in -depth analysis of sports rights fracture phenomenon causes, puts forward sports participation right, property right of possession and use of right, sports right relief supervision and guarantee system of rights remedy of sports of the disabled sports rights 4 aspects, to eliminate the disabled sports rights fracture phenomenon, better exercise their sports rights, has the important theory significance to meet the fitness needs. |
