| 摘 要： | 我国没有统一规范国际货运代理的法律法规,致使从业单位多而复杂;实践中的运作方法引起多种不确定的法律关系又引发出一系列法律问题,给国际货物贸易及海上货物运输法律关系的正常发展带来不利影响.借鉴国际惯例,我国制定统一的国际货运代理法规显得十分必要.

| Abstract: | There exist in the line of international forwarding agency in our country many legal problems, arising from lack of uniform laws or regulations. Complex and indefinite legal relation prevents parties involved in international ocean transportation from exercising their rights and performing their duties. It is very necessary for the legislative body or competent authority to make uniform laws or regulations in accordance with the international practice. |
