| 摘 要： | 商业银行使用自动服务系统具有明显的优越性。各种自动服务系统，如无人银行、POS、电话银行、网上银行等，具有各自不同的特征，为银行业务的发展带来新的机会。自动服务系统发展的特点，对我国银行的管理、经营等各方面均提出了的挑战。
