| 摘 要： | 音乐具有表情与达意、诱发与感染、宣泄与释放、转移与转化等心理效能。音乐被用来作为心理调适的手段的机理在于音乐运动的节奏、旋律、变化的周期性及展开过程,与人的心理活动过程尤其是情感心理活动模式有着“异质同构”的关系,两者可以产生合拍共振。音乐心理调适的方式主要有欣赏法、活动表演法、背景法、渲染法、同质导入法和异质转移法等。

| Abstract: | Music has an efficiency of expressing the ideas,inspiring people,catharsis,and transformation,etc.The reason why music is regarded as a means of adjusting psychology is cadence,rhythm,and periodicity as well as the process of expansion and psychological activities.Especially it has different quality and the same structure with the model of emotional psychological activities and they can resonate mutually.The methods of psychological adjustment of music mainly are appreciating,activity performing,background,exaggerating,introducing same quality introduction and different quality transforming. |
