| 摘 要： | 党的十六大后，创建学习型城市热潮正在我国城市兴起。如何有效地创建学习型城市，这是全党和全国人民十分关切的问题。关于学习型城市形成的动力因素、主要基础和基本标志等问题作了一些探讨。

How to effectively found studying-type cities is the problem extremely concerned by the whole party and the country's people. This thesis separately outline the problems of the dynamic factor,the main basis and the basic mark of the studying-type cities forming. |
