| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作效益问题是我国思想政治工作长期忽视的一个重要问题。本文探讨了思想政治工作效益存在的客观性及其特点。提出在新形势下，重视思想政治工作的效益具有十分重大的理论和现实意义，并对如何提高思想政治工作的效益做了一些有益的探讨。
