| 摘 要： | 本文首先阐述了在信息不对称背景下，种子期创业企业的特征，基于这些特征分析了高技术风险投资资信风险的表现，通过分析资信风险产生的根源，设计了相应评估指标体系，选择了模糊综合评估方法作为综合评价方法，并用案例加以检验。

| Abstract: | The authors analyze the features and characteristics of hi-tech ventures firstly.Based on the analysis,from three aspects,the authors describe the phenomena of credit-risk of hi-tech venture capital.Then according to the study of the producing resources of credit-risk of hi-tech venture capital,they design a set of evaluation indexes of credit-risk.Finally,they select the FCE method as the assessment way to evaluate the credit-risk rate of the ventures,and prove the system with a real case. |
