| 摘 要： | "道法自然"是老子提出的养生命题。老子认为养生有"道"。养生之道就体现在"法自然"上。养生不但要因顺身体的自然,而且要充分利用自然界的天时地利,从而展示了老子养生的科学价值。

| Abstract: | ＂Tao Takes What is Natural as its Model＂ is proposed by Lao Zi.Lao Zi believes that regimen has ＂Tao＂.Taoist regimen is referred as ＂Tao Takes What is Natural as its Model＂.To be healthy,one should not only accord with the nature of one＇s body,but also make full use of time and place of natural world,which shows the scientific value of Lao Zi＇s regimen. |
