| 摘 要： | 以合肥市新区划为例，阐述城市地域形态演变规律：由团块状到组团状；由单中心到多中心：由密集型到疏散型；由封闭式到开敞式。地域形态在演变过程中，无论是演变动力，还是演变目标都要以可持续发展观作指导思想。

| Abstract: | Taking the new city of Hefei for example, this paper illustrates the transformation law of the city's morphological development from blocks to group blocks, from mono-center to multi-center, from concentration to dispersion, and from closeness to openness. During the process of transformation, the sustainable development is the guiding principle for the transformational motivation or objectives. |
