| 摘 要： | 本文首先阐述了20世纪80年代末美国信息技术生产过程中创新环境形成的条件和创新的模式。然后重点论述了美国信息技术创新模式对我国的启示，在我国优先发展信息技术创新环境，提高自主创新能力，特别是信息来源的创新、创新人才的储备、风险资本的筹措以及各类企业有针对性地选用创新模式等方面提出了自己的见解。最后对创新环境理论的发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | At first the paper set forth the condition and mode of forming innovative surroundings of American in the productive process of information technology. Then it discussed the apocalypse of American forming innovative surroumdings to our country. Based on that the paper advantaged my own opinions on developing innovative surroundings and advancing innovative ability of our China, especially on innovating source of information, storing of person with ability, raising venture capital and choosing corresponding mode for all kinds of enterprises. At last the paper prospect the developing foreground of innovative surroundings theory. |
