| 摘 要： | 目前,西部生态旅游业的高速发展给西部带来新的经济增长点的同时,也给原本脆弱的自然生态环境造成了进一步的损害。更为严重的是,由于激励制度安排不完善,西部生态旅游产品经营实体粗放、掠夺式开发利用生态旅游资源的内在激励较大,缺乏绿色创新的内部激励机制,从而导致西部生态旅游业的主要问题已由产品供给数量不足转变为产品吸引力下降。因此,应从微观和宏观两个层次改进激励制度,促进西部生态旅游产业以全方位提高旅游产品绿色质量为主要内容的绿色创新,以有利于作为我国生态链源头的西部地区乃至全国生态—经济系统的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In present western China, though the rapid development of ecotourism has contributed to the economic growth, it also has done great harm to the environment due to the restricting factors of green innovation. Therefore, in order to guarantee the sustainable development of eco-economic system, incentive mechanism of green innovation of ecotourism should be improved in western China. |
