| 摘 要： | 本文从遗传生理、家庭环境、学校环境、社会环境以及个体心理素质等五个方面探讨了影响地方师范大学生心理健康的因素 ,在此基础上提出了几点调控策略 ,认为有必要加强心理健康重要性的宣传 ,充分发挥学校教育主阵地的作用 ,重视家庭教育的科学性问题 ,还应提高学生自身的心理素质

| Abstract: | This paper studies five elements to influence prefecture college students' psychological health——genetic physiology, family condition, school condition, social condition and personal psychological factor. On the basis of these elements, the paper puts froward some suggestions of controlling strategy. The authors maintain that it is necessary to know more about psychological health, to make use of educational function at college, to pay more attention to scientific family education and to improve students' psychological elements. |
