| 摘 要： | 当前国家助学贷款的高风险已影响到国家助学贷款的全面推行。我们应对国家助学贷款风险作具体分析，一方面对无法回避的风险应由银行、学校、社会共同分担，另一方面可通过一些手段规避风险，以确保国家助学贷款工作顺利进行。

| Abstract: | High risks have affected the overall carrying out of the state loan in aid, of which special analysis should be made. On the one hand, banks, schools and the society must share those unavoidable risks; on the other hand, measures should be taken to evade the risks so that the program of the state loan in aid can be carried out smoothly. |
