| 摘 要： | 桂林市“21世纪园丁工程”(B类)是以培养地市级学科带头人为培养目标。文章回顾并总结了工程1999～2003年近五年的培训历程及经验,特别是概述了工程开展“有效——提高”培养培训的措施,并从理论上予以论证。
