基于管理熵的企业服务外包研究

管理熵揭示企业内部系统管理熵增的过程，在相对比较封闭的企业组织中，导致企业管理效率不断下降，管理耗散却表明随着企业与外部环境物质、信息、能量的交换，管理效率稳步上升的规律。将此结论应用到企业服务外包中，分析管理熵和管理耗散结构在企业服务外包中的作用，并给出提高企业服务外包效益的相应建议。

A Research on Enterprise Service Outsourcing from Management Entropy

Management entropy reveals that the process of the entropy rise in a relatively closed organization results in declining efficiency of enterprise management, and that management dissi- pation indicates a steady increase in management efficiency with the exchange between the enter- prise and the external environment in substances, information and energy. In this paper, this conclusion will be applied to the enterprise service outsourcing to analyze the roles of the manage- ment entropy and dissipative structure in service outsourcing, and then some suggestions to im- prove the benefits of enterprise service outsourcing will be proposed.
