| 摘 要： | 见习教师在见习期的学习、工作和研究,对他们的教师职业生涯具有导向和定位作用.促进见习教师成长的校本培训行动研究就是要抓住这一关键期,帮助他们树立生本教育的教育观,学生观和教学观,掌握职业技术教育的教学技能和方法.为此,我们构建了课题研究、师徒帮带、教学反思、教学评价等校本培训模式和方法.
