田径组合性项群年度与小周期训练负荷控制特征及其竞技效率的比较研究

运用文献资料法、特征解析法和数理统计等方法,对世界优秀田径组合性项群运动员年度和小周期训练过程的运动负荷控制特征以及竞技效率进行研究.研究表明：身体素质在基础训练阶段的年度训练过程中呈现出明显的全面性和多样性特征;专项力量和专项耐力训练比例自进入初级专项训练阶段以后开始呈现递增趋势;技术训练内容在各年度训练过程中呈现出明显的重叠性特征;中外优秀运动员的竞技效率一般都处于93%～95%左右,个别男子运动员竞技效率可达98%左右,有的女子运动员竞技效率甚至高达98.5%左右,中外优秀运动员在竞技效率比较方面没有呈现出预期的差异.
