| 摘 要： | 在充分肯定中专教育评估给中专图书馆建设带来显著变化的同时，对目前仍普遍存在的购书经费匮乏、藏书利用率低、管理手段落后、服务方式单一等问题，进行了分析并提出了相应的改进对策。
