| 摘 要： | 根据北京交通大学中国企业兼并重组研究中心数据库,对2002-2008年我国企业跨区域并购的情况进行了归集整理,并分析了其对区域产业结构和区域经济增长的影响。我们的研究发现,通过跨区域并购,我国的资源型产业存在向资源富集地区转移,加工型企业存在向配套措施完善的经济发达地区转移的迹象。对于第二、三产业来说,各区域跨区域并购的净数量和净金额与区域内对应产业的GDP存在显著的正相关关系,跨区域并购具有促进区域产业结构优化和区域经济增长的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the database for Chinese enterprises’ M&As from CCMAR of Beijing Jiaotong University,we have collected and sorted out the trans-regional M&As from 2002 to 2008,and analyzed their influences on regional industry structure and regional economy growth.Our study indicates that resource-based enterprise are inclined to shift to the regions with such rich resource and the manufacturing and processing enterprises are inclined to shift to the economically developed regions.To the secondary and tertiary Industry,the net number and the net amount of trans-regional M&A have significant relations with the related Industry’s GDP.It reflects that the trans-regional M&A is beneficial to optimize the regional Industry structure and boost the regional economic growth. |
