基于SWOT分析的农村三网融合发展战略选择

农村信息化是推进新农村建设、统筹城乡发展、改变传统的城乡二元经济结构的重要手段。农村的地域复杂性和人口分散性特点决定了农村信息化必须走成本低、实用性强、本土化的发展之路,三网融合为之提供了可能。目前三网融合在我国已正式进入试点实施阶段。与城市相比,农村具有其特有的优势和机遇。本研究对农村开展三网融合的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行了深入分析,并据此提出了加快推进农村三网融合的战略选择。

Strategic Choice for Three- Network- Convergence in Rural Area Based on SWOT Analysis

Rural informatization is an important means to promote the new rural construction,to coordinate urban and rural development,and to change the traditional urban-rural dual economic structure.Rural informatization must take the low-cost,practical and local way due to its characteristics of complexity and dispersion.Three networks convergence provide the possibility.At present,three networks convergence has formally entered in a pilot implementation stage in China.Compared with city,rural area has its unique superiority and opportunity.This paper deeply analyses the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat in rural area on three-networks-convergence,and puts forward the strategic choice.
