| Abstract: | Faced with challenges and opportunities,higher normal universities shoud insist on the concept of quality education,carry on the spirit of originality,revise some obsolete teaching materials,teaching approaches,course-managing systems and ways of establishing school.At the same time,they should train qualified teaching staff,estblish a pattern on arranged teaching staff training so as to develop in the competition. |
