| 摘 要： | 目前，不少企业走进了企业化建设的误区：政治化、表象化、空泛化、趋同化、体化、僵化。只有构建完善的企业化机制体系，包括企业化导向机制、调适机制、凝聚机制、约束机制、激励机制、辐射机制，才能走出误区，使企业化发挥应有的作用。
