| 摘 要： | 国民待遇是WTO成员国应遵守的一项原则，外资国民待遇是其中最重要的原则之一。分析研究外资国民待遇，正确理解外资国民待遇的含义，正确看待其与外资优惠待遇、外资差别待遇的关系以及如何正确实施国民待遇，对于我国吸引外资、发展经济起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Native treatment is one of principles observed by all WTO members,and the treatment on foreign investors is one of the most important parts. It is very helpful for us to attract foreign investment analyzing native treatment on foreign investors,understanding the connotation correctly,and correct attitudes towards their advantaged treatment. |
