| 摘 要： | 目前,边防在打击走私制毒物品犯罪中面临着立案难、案件难以继续深入办理、违法嫌疑人得不到有效打击等问题,应采取加强制毒物品在流通领域的管理,提高边民法律意识等对策打击边防走私制毒物品犯罪。

| Abstract: | Presently,there are many problems against the drug smuggling at the border,for example difficult to place a case on file for investigation,hard to investigate,and inefficiency.It is suggested that the circulation of the drug should be controlled more intensively and improve people’s awareness of being against drug smuggling. |
