| 摘 要： | 文章从制度变迁理论分析入手，以新制度经济学为视角，用历史观、系统观的方法论，分析了哈萨克斯坦经济体削转轨模式的基本特征；同时，以详实的数据展现和勾勒了哈萨克斯坦经济体制转轨绩效的轨迹特征，在肯定哈萨克斯坦经济体制转轨取得一定成效的基础上，指出了其转轨过程中存在的不足及面临的一些突出问题。

| Abstract: | The basic characteristics of the transition model of Kazakhstan economic system are analyzed with the methodology of history value and system value from the theory analysis of institutional change and the perspective of the New Institutional Economics. In addition, it demonstrates and describes the trace of Kazakhstan economics system transition efficiency in terms of specific and detailed data. The paper acknowledges the partial achievement of Kazakhstan economics system transition. Then it further extends its existing limitations and some prominent problems in the process of transition. |
