| 摘 要： | 当前高校辅导员队伍的现状不容乐观:工作职责不明确、工作难度大、数量不足、承担的责任大、理论研究和学术研究时间少、发展的机会少、收入低,严重影响了对大学生的思想政治教育,必需加强对辅导员队伍的建设,明确辅导员的定位,建立完善的辅导员选拔和培养体系及考核制度和激励机制,使辅导员走专业化、职业化道路。

| Abstract: | The current situation of college students' counselors is not satisfactory: The indefinite responsibilities,the difficulties they encounter when doing their jobs,the heavy workload,the lack of opportunities for promotion and self development,shortage of time for theoretical study and research,low salaries,etc.These problems have seriously affected the moral and political education of college students.Therefore we should strengthen the construction of the profession by specifying their positions and perfecting the systems for their promotion,assessment and stimulation so as to turn them into specialists and professionals. |
