论两汉荒政的文化效应

两汉荒政不但缓和了社会矛盾，恢复和发展了生产，稳定了封建统治；而且对整个汉代的社会文化乃至中国古代文化产生了深刻的影响。其主要表现则是丰富和完备了汉代的礼乐文化，有利于封建统治秩序的道德化、规范化；促进了汉代思想文化的发达，使天人感应和阴阳灾异说具有一定的合理性和实用性；而在科技文化方面，荒政既有利于汉代科学技术的进步，又影响了中国古代科技发展的思维模式和行为方式。由此，对汉代荒政的评价，不能简单地视为迷信、欺骗。

The disaster policies in the Han Dynasty not only reli eved thesocial contradictions,resumed and developed procluction and stablized the feudal rule,but exerted g reat influence on the whole Chinese ancient cult ure.It mainly shows that it enriched and perfected Han's Li-Yue culture,benefic ial to moralize and standardize the feudal ruling order,promoting the developme nt of thoughts,and making the theory rational and practica l of interaction between the heaven and human;“Yin-Yang” and “five elements” .In the respects of science and culture,the disaster policies were favorable to the progress of modern science and technology and influenced the model of thinki ng and way of behavior of Chinese ancient science and technology. So the comment s on the disaster policies can't be considered casually to be superstition and a cheat.
