高校后勤社会化财务改革初探

高校后勤社会化改革对传统的高校财务管理体制产生了重大的影响,随之而带来的新的财务问题是高校财务工作需要解决的一项紧迫任务。应从确定收费价格、采取“谁享受服务谁付费”的预算办法和以“货币实地结算方式”进行资金结算等方面来理顺学校财务与后勤财务的管理体制,实行企业会计制度以加强高校后勤企业内部的财务管理。
