绿茶提取物对运动小鼠心肝骨骼肌抗氧化的影响

摘    要:为研究绿茶提取物的抗氧化效果 ,本实验以小鼠为实验对象 ,喂以绿茶提取物配制的溶液 30天后 ,进行 1小时的游泳 ,测定安静状态和游泳后 2小时小鼠心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌胞浆MDA ,SOD ,GSH -PX。发现绿茶提取物能有效降低肝胞浆MDA含量 ,并显著抑制运动后肝脏和骨骼肌胞浆GSH-PX的下降 ,提高运动后心肌、骨骼肌GSH -PX活性 ,显示一定的抗氧化作用。同时 ,绿茶提取物还具有明显且无副作用的减体重效果。

Abstract:The antioxidant effect of materials extracted from green tea(MEGT)was studied.The mices had been feed with the materials extracted from green tea for 30 days.The MDA,SOD,GSH-PX in heart,liver and skeletal muscle were mearsured at rest and 2 hours after swimming.The result indicated that MEGT can decreased the MDA in cytosol of liver,and inhibited a decrease in GSH-Px activity in cytosol of liver,skeletal muscle after exercise,and increased GSH-Px activity in heart and skeletal.The result suggest that the green tea are of antioxidation.
