| 摘 要： | 运用产业组织理论对汽车产业发展政策进行分析。首先，基于产业组织理论对产业政策制订的理论依据进行了阐述。其次，运用产业组织理论，对汽车产业结构主义的产业政策进行了分析。最后，针对我国汽车产业加入WTO后所面临的新形势，分析了构建基于有效竞争的产业发展政策的必要性，提出了在国有企业改革、准入管制、利用外资等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | In this article, using industry organization theory, through reviewing industry organization policy of structuralism in automobile industry, we discuss the necessity of industry development policy based on effective competition in new sit uation that joined WTO, and promote suggestion such as how to use FDI and relaxing control necessity. |
