高职教师"双师型"培训计划的反思

摘    要:中国的高等职业技术教育的一个突出问题是具有较高专业理论水平和较强实践能力的优秀教师严重缺乏。许多高职院校都制定了教师的专业化发展计划,对高职院校教师进行专业理论、实践能力全方位的培训与锻炼,期望能尽快建立起一支“双师型”师资队伍。但有时却发现培训效果并不尽如人意,因此有必要对高职教师的专业化培训计划进行反思。

Abstract:In recent years, higher vocational and technical education in China develops very rapidly. But the most important problem in higher vocational and technical colleges is teachers' quality. Many higher vocational and technical colleges are short of teachers with high level of theory and good practical capability. So higher vocational and technical colleges must formulate the higher vocational and technical teachers' training plan, including theory and good practical capability. After teachers training, we hope teachers can raise their ability of education, study and practical capability. But sometime we find the training effect is not good. So it is necessary to reflect on the training plan.
