| 摘 要： | 近年来，高职院校毕业生在择业中存在一些误区，这些误区产生的原因有主观原因，也有客观原因。要使高职毕业生走出误区，必须使其树立正确的择业观，客观全面地评价自己，调整择业期望值，培养自信心。另外，学校也应重视学生综合素质的培养。
