区域高校大学生文化素质教育资源整合与共享模式的构建

通过文化素质教育资源的整合与共享来加强文化素质教育，是大力推进素质教育的有效方法之一。区域高校要构建大学生丈化素质教育资源整合与共享模式，应当从以下两方面着手：一是不断创新教育思想观念，树立起育人为本和着眼于每一名大学生全面发展的教育理念。二是充分挖掘自身的潜力和相互之间的集成优势，按照系统规划和资源共享的思路，整体构建文化素质教育体系。文章以地处湖南湘潭的三所大学--湘潭大学、湖南科技大学、湖南工程学院为个案对此进行探讨。
