| 摘 要： | 在吸收传统环境评价理论和新兴的战略环境评价理论的优点上,并将其有机集成,建立了基于EIA与SEA集成的工业园区类项目环境评价决策机制和程序,进而建立了评价指标体系,实现环境评价对园区开发规划决策的有效影响并为日后园区的开发建设提供环境层次指导性建议。

| Abstract: | This paper Absorbs the advantages of the EIA and SEA, and builds the decision-making mechanism and procedures for the projects like industrial park based on the integration of the EIA and SEA. The authors also set up the assessment index series. All those are applicable to the projects like industrial park buildings and will provide instructions to its building in the future. |
