新课标下语文教师的角色定位

摘    要:面对新的课程标准,语文教师必须考虑对自己的角色重新定位。语文教师应变“演”为“导”,将自主权交给学生,应在学生与教材之间扮演“桥”的角色,应在学生人文精神的渗透上做艺术感染的“引路人”。语文教师应打破传统意识,做学生学习中的参与者和服务员。

Abstract:Teachers are facing new challenges under new curriculum criteria. First, teaching concepts and ideas must be updated. Second, the traditional ways of teaching must be modernized. Third, teachers' self-improvement is urgent. Under the new curriculum criteria, I suggest, a Chinese language teacher should play the role of a "director" not a "performer" in class. And the teacher should act as a "bridge" between students and texts. Besides, the teacher should be an enlightener and lead students into the world of art. Last but not the least, the teacher should be a particular and helper.
