| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the definition and structure of the represent regulationIt focuses on some advantages of the represent regulation to the traditional style while analyzing the problems in modern management system of engineering project investment. In addition, the author states the significance of implementing represent regulation based on the practices of the experiment site. In the end, this paper concludes some key problems when developing the represent regulation and provides some suggestion to promote its development. |
