| 摘 要： | 法治环境的好坏是关系到经济发展、社会稳定和人民安居乐业的重要因素,也是一个地方文明进步的标志.中原经济区建设必须优化其法治环境.一是加强地方立法和规章制度建设,为优化法治环境提供依据;二是推进司法改革,确保司法公正,切实雏护投资者的合法权益;三是大力培育法律服务市场;四是各级领导干部要提高法律素质,切实做到依法行政.

| Abstract: | Legal condition is an important factor that concerns economy development,social stability and the people’s life and work in peace,as well as a mark of local civilization and progress.For the construction of economic area of Central Plains,it is necessary to optimize its legal condition,i.e.to strengthen the construction of local legislation,rules and regulations;to promote judicial reform,assurance judicial fairness and safeguard the investor’s lawful right;to vigorously cultivate the legal service market;enhance the legal quality of the leaders of various levels and really carry out administration according to laws. |
