| 摘 要： | 采用运动生物力学的研究方法,分析和讨论了武术C级跳跃难度的运动学特征及动作特点,发现腾空摆莲720°成功率最低,选择人数最少。旋子转体的成功率高,但完成的人并不多,主要是该动作的结构容易导致运动损伤。建议在跳跃难度的训练中可以通过提高动作旋转速度达到规则要求的旋转角度。研究还发现,部分C级跳跃难度动作的分值设置不科学。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of exercise biomechanical experiment,this paper analyzed and discussed the kinematical and movement characteristics of level C difficulty jump in wushu.The result showed that the score of level C difficulty jump was not fairly set in the current wushu regulation.It suggests that athletes can improve the speed of rotation in order to meet the requirement of wushu regulation. |
