| Abstract: | Through a positive and uncertain view of career development,a multi-angle career identity is established.A reasonable and effective method for improving career adaptability is constructed to help undergraduates in Ophthalmology and Optics to enhance their career adaptability and constantly improve themselves so as to cultivate outstanding talents of this major for the society. |
