中高职贯通护理专业临床见习现状与效果分析

该文研究之目的:了解中高职贯通护理专业学生在临床见习中的情况,为进一步提升临床见习效果奠定基础。之方式:采用自行编制问卷对125名中高职贯通护理专业学生的临床见习情况进行调查。之结果:带教老师维度、学生维度、组织维度都与临床见习效果呈现显著性正相关性。横向比较来看,组织维度对见习效果之间的影响最大,其次是老师维度的影响,学生本身的影响最小。之结论:目前该文作者所在学校中高职贯通护理专业临床见习效果较好,但仍需进一步完善,以达到更好的教学效果和培养目标。

The Status Quo&The Effect Analysis of Students Majoring in Nursing in the Clinical Novitiate in the Link-up of Secondary and Higher Vocational Colleges

The purpose of this thesis is to understand the situation of students who are in the clinical novitiate major in nursing in the link-up of secondary and higher vocational colleges,and to lay a foundation for further improving the clinical practice effect.The method is to investigate the clinical practice of 125 students majoring in nursing through self-designed questionnaires.The results are as follows.The teacher dimension,the student dimension,the organizational dimension and the effect of clinical novitiate show a positive significance correlation.In the horizontal comparison,the coefficient of organizational dimension is the largest,followed by the teacher dimension and finally the student dimension.That indicates the organizational dimension has the largest influence on the internship effect,followed by the teacher dimension,and the students themselves have the least influence.Therefore,the conclusion is that the effect of clinical novitiate in our school is satisfying,but it needs to be further improved to achieve better teaching effect and training objectives.
