高校加强中华民族共同体教育的基本问题探析

高校在铸牢中华民族共同体意识方面能够发挥重要作用已成为广泛共识,但在具体实践中,中华民族共同体教育尚未被完整纳入“全员、全程、全方位”育人体系中,仍存在着教育渠道需进一步拓展、教育对象需继续扩大、教育内容需更加系统、教师教育能力亟待提高、学生学习积极性有待调动等实践层面的不足。进一步发挥高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的作用,首先需要探讨“高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识何以可能”这一基本问题。中华民族共同体意识需通过系统学习方能逐步培育,其本身又具有较强的可教性,由于高校具备成熟的教育机制和专业的教育能力,使高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有可实现性。其次,高校作为中华民族共同体教育的实践载体,应将铸牢中华民族共同体意识纳入立德树人“全员、全程、全方位”的育人体系中,形成“以德为先”的育人导向,构建科学的评价体系;树立大教育观,拓展育人的时空范围,将教育过程贯穿于高校的整个时空范围;充分整合现有课程资源,构建系统的教育内容体系。

An Analysis of the Basic Problems of Strengthening Education of the Chinese National Community in Colleges and Universities

It has been widely recognized by the academic circle that colleges and universities have played important role in shaping the sense of Chinese national community.But in practice,the Chinese national community education has not been fully integrated into the overall education system,and there are still insufficiencies and requires to further expand the educational channels,to expand the educational objects,to be more systematic in the content of education,to improve teachers’teaching competence,and to stimulate students’enthusiasm in learning.It is necessary to discuss the basic question of“how is it possible for the Chinese national community consciousness to be stabilized in colleges and universities”so as to enhance the role of colleges and universities in further stabilizing Chinese national community consciousness.The consciousness of the Chinese national community needs to be cultivated gradually through systematic study,and colleges and universities have mature educational mechanism and professional educational ability.As the practical carrier of Chinese national community education,colleges and universities should integrate the consciousness of Chinese national community into education system.It is important to forming the education orientation of“prioritizing virtue”and constructing the scientific evaluation system;setting up the grand education perspective,and expanding the space-time scope of educating people,connecting the education process to the whole space-time scope of colleges and universities;and fully integrating existing curriculum resources and constructing the systematic education content system.
