全英文药物设计的研究型教学改革

摘    要:药物设计是药物研发的核心课程,一直存在教学和研究实际脱离的状况。为了满足一流学科建设和研究型人才培养的需求,将构效关系和构性关系作为课程两大主题,通过案例式教学穿插知识点,了解真实研发管线。同时,发挥学生主观能动性,挖掘科研选题,分析文献进展,通过期末报告评价、同行论文发表以及申请基金等方式进行全方位学习效果评价。充分发挥研究型大学"双一流"建设的优势,改善学生的学习效果并加强科研能力培养。

Abstract:Drug Design is the core course for research and development of medicine.However,it is a perennial problem that teaching is divorced from research.To meet the needs of first-class discipline construction and research-oriented personnel training,the structure-activity relationships and the structure-property relationships are selected as the two subjects of the course.By the aid of case-based teaching,students come to understand the true R&D process of drugs as well as to be familiar with the knowledge points.Meanwhile,the teaching reform is beneficial to motivating students to choose research topics and analyze the recent development of some research areas.The teaching effects are evaluated by the students’ final reports,peer-reviewed papers and application for research grants and the like.Taking advantage of double-first class initiative and the research-oriented teaching reform of this course,the students’ learning effects are improved and their scientific research abilities are strengthened.
