疏通灌注桩水下混凝土堵管新法

在灌注桩水下混凝土发生堵管时,传统的处理方法主要是采取提掷导管以疏通之。但发生堵管,有的是假性堵管,有的是真性堵管。处理堵管传统方法对假性堵管可以疏通;对真性堵管则难以疏通。若提掷无效则需进行二次初灌,不仅费工费时,而且容易产生断桩。文章根据物理学力的平衡原理,借鉴传统的处理方法,提出将混凝土导管暂时拔出混凝土面的泥浆中进行快速提掷管疏通办法,并通过某工程案例进行钻芯检测。检测数据表明,该办法可行。

New methods of removing/dredging underwater concrete from grouted pile
