| 摘 要： | 对于抗战时期大量出现的企业公司的评价,是学界争议较大的一个问题.有学者认为,抗战时期的企业公司是产业和金融业相结合所产生的巨大企业集团,是企业发展到特定阶段的产物,应予充分的正面肯定.笔者认为,当时出现的绝大多数企业公司规模不大,根本谈不上"巨大",它们的出现,只是顺应了游资寻找出路的需要,而并非企业发展的阶段性特征.这从新发掘的档案资料中可以找到依据.
