摘    要:参考咨询服务是读者工作的一部分,参考工具不全、用户需求不足、咨询人员知识单一造成了六盘水师范学院参考咨询服务难以深层开展,由此,提出要健全书目数据库,培训馆员,提高参考咨询服务质量的建议。

Abstract:Reference and consultance service is one part of the daily' work of the library.the lack of customers' needing and simplicity the consulting knowledge makes it difficult to deeply improve the reference and consultance service,thus it points out the suggtions of building up the book catalog's data depository,training the librarians,improving the references consultance service quality.
