平衡记分卡在图书馆中的应用

摘    要:平衡记分卡是赢利性组织采用的绩效评价工具。图书馆可借鉴此种方法的原理,将平衡记分卡设计为5个部分,即组织愿景、投入产出、读者服务、内部业务、学习与成长,并通过对这些指标的即期数据和未来期望数据的对比,明确图书馆发展的战略方向。

Abstract:The traditional performance evaluation has a lot of shortcomings in libraries, but balanced scorecards can effectively resolve these problems. The balanced scorecard is composed of five parts, including the vision of the library, input/output, readers, internal business process and learning skills. By evaluating these indicators, libraries can obtain a clear developing orientation.
